For Yayasan Bina Tani Sejahtera (YBTS), knowledge transfer is the core foundation for strengthening farmer capacity to build independent and sustainable livelihoods. Through tactical and pragmatic approaches, YBTS ensures that cultivation innovations can be applied directly in the field. This strategy includes Integrated Learning involving 16,249 farmers through technical training and the development of 3,382 demonstration plots as ground evidence for the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). Additionally, the Seed Clinic program at 84 agri-kiosks provides practical solutions for early-stage cultivation challenges. YBTS also optimizes Digital Content and establishes Collaborations with Educational Institutions to expand information reach and strengthen farmer regeneration across various regions in Indonesia.

Assisting 3,382 farmers—including 72% youth and 30% women—the program achieved a 100% adoption rate of certified seeds and reduced pesticide costs for 62% of participants. These technical improvements led to an average daily income of Rp 60,083, with success stories like Donata Bangus earning Rp 25,022,000 over three seasons. Furthermore, innovations like Biochar increased bitter gourd yields by 80% while cutting fertilizer use by half.

Lima belas tahun sejak didirikan, Yayasan Bina Tani Sejahtera (YBTS) terus berkomitmen memberdayakan petani Indonesia melalui benih berkualitas, pendampingan intensif, dan pengembangan komunitas yang kuat. Tonggak penting ini ditandai dengan pelaksanaan All Team Meeting YBTS 2024 pada tanggal 23–27 September dengan tema “Go To The Next Level.” Kegiatan dimulai di EWINDO, Purwakarta, dengan sambutan apresiatif dari pimpinan serta pemotongan tumpeng ulang tahun ke-15 sebagai simbol rasa syukur, dilanjutkan dengan sesi pembelajaran mendalam seputar kualitas benih, pengendalian hama, dan tantangan nyata di lapangan bersama para pakar EWINDO. Sesi refleksi internal, kunjungan lapangan, serta kegiatan team building yang dilandasi oleh nilai-nilai KAKA (Kesadaran, Aktualisasi Diri, Keterlibatan, dan Akuntabilitas) turut memperkuat semangat kebersamaan dan arah visi ke depan. Perayaan ini ditutup dengan meriah dalam Gathering Night bertema 90-an yang penuh tawa dan nostalgia, sekaligus menjadi ajang apresiasi bagi staf yang telah mengabdi lebih dari lima tahun—sebuah penguatan komitmen YBTS untuk terus tumbuh bersama petani di masa mendatang.

Through initiatives like the "Let’s Grow!" program, YBTS is committed to addressing the challenge of farmer regeneration by equipping the younger generation with technical knowledge, life skills, and market access. Throughout 2025, these programs reached 25,068 youth, accounting for 41% of total beneficiaries. Notably, approximately 80% of these participants were first-time vegetable farmers. The results were significant: 34% of participants successfully moved out of poverty, with average daily incomes rising from Rp 59,584 in the first season to Rp 79,484 by the third. By combining a curriculum of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) with business management and market connectivity, YBTS proves that the agricultural sector can serve as a productive and profitable livelihood for the youth.

Muhammad, a 25-year-old from Tekasire Village, NTB, successfully transformed his life from an uncertain casual laborer to an independent farm owner through the Let’s Grow Project assisted by Yayasan Bina Tani Sejahtera (YBTS) and the Ganesha Foundation. By applying Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) on his 1,000 m² plot—such as constructing high raised beds to prevent root rot in a water runoff path—he moved from guesswork to professional, data-driven management. His diligence in monitoring and strategically pruning his Batara F1 cucumbers resulted in 15 harvests and a gross income of IDR 21,710,000, far exceeding his previous wages. Now a "Future Farmer," Muhammad has secured his family's financial future and capital for the next season, proving that modern horticulture is a profitable career path for the younger generation.
