Internship Position Objective - Support Team
This internship position aims to provide final-year university students with practical work experience in supporting the operational and administrative activities of Yayasan Bina Tani Sejahtera’s programs, while helping ensure that team processes run effectively and in a structured manner.
Through this program, interns are expected to:

Understand the workflow of a social organization and agricultural development initiatives.

Develop skills in administration, data management, and team coordination.

Strengthen discipline, responsibility, and professional work ethics.

Gain exposure to program management practices and the operational processes of a foundation.
Job Description:
- Support program administration and documentation.
- Assist in data processing and activity reporting.
- Provide operational support for the office team.
- Assist with internal coordination related to program activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Final-year university student from any major (currently working on a thesis/final project).
- Based in Jakarta or surrounding areas.
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Cakung, East Jakarta.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong administrative skills.
- Interest in social development, agriculture, and community development is an advantage.
- Has obtained approval from the university, evidenced by an official letter.
